Delivery Charges- Our postage charges are based on weight per product and destination - these reflect the higher Air Mail small packet rates for delivery to EU countries and to countries outside the EU. UK orders over 500g are post-free. All orders are sent by Royal Mail.
- Postage rates are displayed clearly during the checkout process
- Orders are sent out as soon as possible, often within a couple of days but our office operates only part-time so there may be delays during holiday periods. Please email us first at admin@seriousmusic.co.uk if your order is particularly urgent to check that we can despatch it to you in time. We will make every effort to do so!
